Chef Deuki Hong and writer Matt Rodbard will be making a stop in Madison for one night only, bringing the rich stories and recipes from their recently-released cookbook Koreatown to Sujeo for a collaborative dinner with Chef Tory Miller. The five-course tasting menu style dinner will feature dishes from the book that Chef Miller and Chef Hong will create together. The cookbook chronicles the stories and recipes that Hong and Rodbard gathered in their two year-long travels through Koreatowns across the United States and celebrates the culture and community that these neighborhoods have fostered. Koreatown also features Korean-inspired recipes from a wealth of the nations top chefs including Sean Brock, David Chang, and Eric Ripert.
